Prize Draw terms and conditions

Prize draw will take place 4th April 2015
Winners will be notified by email by 9th April 2015
Winners’ details (name and county) will be published on the Visit Newport Beach website (www.visitnewportbeach.com/trade) from 13th April 2015
An independent person will make the draw.
The draw is only open to travel trade sellers, resident in the UK and over 18 years of age but not employees or their families of Newport Beach & Company, Black Diamond Agency Ltd, Air New Zealand or MGS Distribution Limited, their agents or anyone connected with the draw.
No purchase necessary.
Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or mislaid entries.
Only one entry per person allowed.
The first prize is the following:
Grand prize:
Two return Economy flights from London Heathrow to Los Angeles International for two people flying Air New Zealand, including flight taxes.
• Ground transportation to/from Newport Beach from LAX Airport.
• Hotel stay for 7 nights in Newport Beach (subject to availability and blackout dates)
• Dining certificate Value $200 USD
• Fashion Island shopping gift card Value $500 USD
10 Runners up will win a Love2Shop voucher worth £25GBP each.
Prize travel must be booked before 30 June 2015 for outbound flights to be taken no later 13 December 2015. All flights are subject to booking and flight availability. No Prize travel is permitted between 23 March – 12 April 2015, and 1 July – 31 August 2015 and 14 December – 14 February 2016.
Prize travel is redeemable for carriage on Air New Zealand operated services between London and Los Angeles only.
The winner (and his/her companion) are responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included (as stated in these terms and conditions), including (where applicable) transport to and from the respective airports, and any other transport (other than the flights awarded as part of the Prize), spending money, insurance, ESTA visa and all other incidentals.
Travelers should ensure any required Visas, travel insurance, permissions, conditions of travel are met.
There is one grand prize holiday to be won.
The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, has no cash alternative and has no cancelation value once booked.
