And as we speak, Newport Beach restaurants are rolling out their seasonal menus just in time for spring! From dishes like charred cauliflower with harissa tahini to poached shrimp and melon, you’re bound to fall in love with the flavors of the season. Here are six seasonal menus to enjoy this spring!

True Food Kitchen

True Food is the name, and fresh is the game! This eco-chic restaurant at Fashion Island just dropped its spring menu, and you’re bound to love each and every bite. Sit down and enjoy a selection of crave-worthy classics and a steady rotation of seasonal offerings, like the all-new Wild Tuna Tostada, Good Earth Kale Cobb Salad, Tomato + Lemon Ricotta Flatbread and more! And if you’re looking for something to sip on, the Bramble on Rose cocktail is the perfect springtime beverage!

Farmhouse

Chef Rich Mead is whipping up an assortment of warm-weather eats this season, and you won’t want to miss out! Farmhouse at Roger’s Gardens in Corona del Mar is known for its farm-to-fork cuisine and dreamy garden ambiance. Enjoy seasonal plates like the Heirloom Cherry Tomato and Roasted Beef Bruschetta or Gorgonzola & Granny Smith Apple Salad on the shaded patio. And don’t miss out on Farmhouse’s selection of “swigs,” which include the Capsicum Annum?, This Strawberry Is Drunk and So Nice You Had It Twice.

The Dock

Nothing beats spring dining on the bay, and if you’re in search of some seasonal eats, The Dock is the place to be. This waterfront restaurant offers a continental menu with dishes that feature a harmony of well-balanced flavors and seasonal ingredients. This spring, you can celebrate the season with a three-course meal, which includes an appetizer, entree and dessert. Choose between items like Red Wine Poached Pears, Blue Crab Beignets, Spiced New Zealand Lamb and Maine Diver Scallops.

A+O Restaurant | Bar

Inspired by the Italian Riviera’s quaint seaside villages, the newly refreshed A+O Restaurant | Bar at Balboa Bay Resort is a must-visit when it comes to an alfresco meal. Snag a seat on the wrap-around patio under the bright yellow umbrellas and sip and savor as the boats cruise by. Seasonal menu highlights include the Sweet Corn & Tomato Gazpacho, Poached Shrimp & Melon and the Miso Glazed Baquetta Grouper with forbidden rice, edamame, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, goji berry, coconut soubise and chili oil.

Lido Bottle Works

Nobody does seasonal dining quite like Chef Joel Gutierrez of Lido Bottle Works! This harborside restaurant in Lido Marina Village features a quarterly menu that rotates based on the seasons. And this spring, Chef Gutierrez and his team brought their A-game with a series of delectable, in-season dishes. Stop in for dinner and dig into the Leek & Potato Ravioli made with spring garlic ash, roasted potato jus and capers or the all-new Artichoke Croquettes crafted with goat cheese, mascarpone and espelette aioli. But whatever you choose to indulge in, be sure to leave room for the Rhubarb Custard!

Malibu Farm

After a day of shopping in Lido Marina Village, please your palate with a light lunch at Malibu Farm. With an emphasis on seasonality and allergy-friendly cuisine, this bayside restaurant is the ideal spot for a casual springtime meal. Gather with friends and snack on fresh offerings like the summer salad with arugula, frisee, shaved fennel, grapefruit supremes, pickled fresno chiles and a saffron orange vinaigrette. If you need a little pick-me-up, try their new lavender latte with espresso, lavender and butterfly pea flower agave, and your choice of milk.
