This is a great warm up HIIT class to get your mind & your body both back working strong together with one another! As well as anyone out there who is up to date on their fitness & health goals but maybe just looking for a nice morning sweat and a killer workout this is the group for you!
We at Vibrant Fit started this group because we understand how difficult it is to stick with your fitness and health goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We’ve decided to create a support system of others who are just like you and led by experienced coaches ourselves to support you every step of the way.
This Meet Up will be held right at Newport Beach pier , at our meet up group we would suggest wearing athletic clothing comfortable enough for the beach . Shoes are optional for our workouts, all we’d suggest you bring is a nice size water bottle so your stay hydrated. The workout will be a 60 min H.I.I.T. class , consisting of High Intensity Interval training great to burn and shred fat!
