In anticipation for the celebration of Epiphany on January 6th, Moulin will begin selling a special Galette de Rois (King’s Cake) on Monday, January 4th. The specialty cake will be available for a limited time throughout the month of January. Moulin’s Galette de Rois features layers of flaky puff pastry filled with an almond cream center.
A widely celebrated French tradition, the Galette de Rois is centered around the holiday of Epiphany and celebrates the arrival of the Three Wise Men in Bethlehem. Small, medium and large sizes will baked daily and priced at $18, $22, $28.
