FIG & OLIVE’s enticing feast also transports guests around the world with wine pairings ($35*), featuring varietals harvested in the Valencia, Loire, and Napa Valley regions.
In addition to FIG & OLIVE’s signature selection of Crostini, the restaurant’s prix-fixe courses and wine tastings include:
· Wild Mushroom Soup – sautéed mushroom, toasted hazelnut, thyme, and Arbequina olive oil; paired with Pinot Noir from the Santa Maria Valley, California
· Foie Gras – fig chutney and toast; paired with Chenin Blanc from France
· Rosemary Lamb Chops – herbs de Provence, goat cheese gnocchi, braised eggplant, and honey; paired with Chardonnay from Napa Valley
