Now through Wednesday November 22, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar invites guests on a culinary journey through wine country with a fall harvest-inspired menu. The three-course experience begins with Roasted Golden Beets with recommended Schramsberg, Blanc de Blancs North Coast sparkling wine. Next, select an entrée pairing from San Francisco Bay Seafood Cioppino over hearty gnocchi with Franciscan Oakville Estate, Chardonnay Napa Valley; Napa Herb-Roasted Lamb on seasonal hash with sautéed Brussels sprouts, crispy Nueske’s bacon and sweet potatoes paired with Taken, Cabernet-Merlot Napa Valley; or Vintner’s 14 oz. Bone-In Filet with sautéed mushroom medley paired with Oberon, Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley. Dinner concludes with decadent warm butter cake served over rich chocolate sauce.
