Celebrate Easter Sunday, the Winery Way! Chef Yvon Goetz is honoring one of the most beautiful holidays of the year with a Family-Style Easter Dinner for curbside pick-up.
The meal begins with an Organic Mixed Greens Salad with strawberries, toasted almonds, tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles and raspberry-balsamic vinaigrette.
Guests have a choice of 5-pound Whole Roasted Prime Rib with au jus & horseradish cream, or Whole Roasted Diestel Turkey Breast with gravy. The dinner includes Seasonal Vegetable Medley and Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, as well as an Apple-Berry Cobbler and Vanilla Bean Chantilly.
Guests have the option to add to the meal with dishes like Chilled Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with black pepper vodka sauce ($16.95), Roasted Brussels Sprouts with sundried tomatoes ($10), Green Beans Almondine ($10), White Cheddar-Truffle Mac & Cheese ($10), and Potato-Butternut Squash Gratin ($10).
The Family-Style Easter Dinners serve 4-6 guests and are priced at $195 for the Prime Rib and $175 for the Turkey. Guests may also purchase wines by the bottle at either location to accompany their Easter meals.
