Enjoy Christmas with a divine dinner at The Mayor’s Table. Offered on Christmas Eve and Christmas night, Executive Chef Riley Huddleston has prepared a seasonal four-course menu complete with hand-selected wine pairings, live music, and a special take away from the Lido House family. The dinner begins with a seasonal root vegetable amuse-bouche, followed by second course selections including Chicory Salad in a brown-sugar bourbon dressing or parsnip soup with roasted pears and chestnuts. Entree selections include “Pozole”, Eye of the Rib, Pineapple-Glazed Japanese Kurobota Pork or a vegetarian Black Truffle Honeynut Squash and ‘Beet’ Wellington.
