Visit Newport Beach Places VIP Treatment for Meeting Planners as Cornerstone of New Campaign

 

NEWPORT BEACH, CALIF. (Sept. 10, 2019) – Visit Newport Beach, the destination management organization for the city of Newport Beach, today debuted its new meetings marketing campaign at the 2019 IMEX America show. The concept is a representation of the VIP treatment and elevated experiences meeting planners receive when interacting with Visit Newport Beach and the entire hospitality community. Regardless of meeting size, the Visit Newport Beach team invests the same heightened attention and dedicated service for every meeting planner and small meeting that visits.

“Today we put our stake in the sand that no other destination dedicates as much time, resources and talent to the small meetings market as Visit Newport Beach,” says Michelle Donahue, vice president of sales, Visit Newport Beach. “Our new campaign is a visual expression of how we’ve been doing business for years and we are ecstatic to have creative that accurately depicts our dedication to every group that arrives in Newport Beach.”

The new meetings marketing campaign debuted today with a stylized creative concept that places the focus on the meeting planner, literally raising her up to make her feel larger than life as she would by the Visit Newport Beach team. Receiving a complete VIP treatment from RFP to closing day, the imagery highlights the premier experience any meeting planner should expect to receive during their time with Visit Newport Beach. The concept comes to life in a way that only Newport Beach can deliver.

The new ad creative will debut in meetings trade outlets beginning late fall in meetings trade print and digital outlets. The ads are the first in a full campaign roll-out which will include a new meetings website, commercial, collateral, marketing materials and content.
