Saturday Afternoon November 14th From 1:00-5:00pm
(Newport Beach, CA – 11/6/2015) The excitement is building for this event which will be held next weekend in the charming Balboa Village. Join the fun on Saturday, November 14th from 1:00pm to 5:00pm for the first ever Balboa Craft Beer Festival! Located in the neighborhood of Balboa Village and just steps from the Ferry, this event will be host to a dozen different breweries, and abundant food samples from our favorite restaurants on the Newport Beach peninsula.
The event will include live music from “The Strangers” (and, yes, with Greg Peters on guitar). There will be fresh hot-roasted peanuts, a hot-wings eating contest, a giant Jenga board game, a photo booth, raffles, and more. It will be one big party!

Unlimited tastings will be available from at least a dozen breweries, for example: Absolution Brewing Company, Coachella Valley Brewing Co., Lightning, Pizza Port, Stone Brewing Co, Saint Archer, Barley Forge and Hanger 24, just to name a few—and plenty of choices to wet your whistle!
And we can’t drink beer without enjoying some delicious food, right? Local restaurants will be there too, and samples will be aplenty, from your favorites such as: Balboa Bar-B-Que, Cruisers Pizza Bar Grill, Dory Deli, Ruby’s and The Trough Sandwich Kitchen.

About The Event Hosts:
This event is being hosted by The Balboa Village Merchant Association. This Association holds various events during the year to bring public awareness to the area. Their ultimate goal is to showcase local merchants, and generate more business for the restaurants, shops and bars in the area. Tickets to The Balboa Craft Beer Festival is to help cover the event cost, and provide support to the Association.
