What to expect:
20 minutes Chanting
10 minutes calming Breathwork
45 minutes Sound Bath
Chanting is a form of meditation that allows us to connect with each other through our voices and drop into our heart center. (You do not have to be a singer to chant). The calming breathwork that we will practice is meant to help relax your mind and body for the sound bath. The sound bath itself has many benefits from relieving stress and anxiety to releasing blocked emotions and connecting to higher states of consciousness.
