Chef Shachi Mehra, ADYA
Located within the Anaheim Packing District, the heart of ADYA’s menu features kebabs from the tandoor, kaathi rolls (wraps filled with potatoes, paneer, chicken or lamb), fresh-made curries, and pavs, which feature spiced vegetables, potatoes or lamb on butter-toasted bread. Indian-born Chef Shachi Mehra has a passion for creating innovative and thoughtful menus that tastefully balance a variety of flavors and make cuisines appealing to a range of tastes. An ardent supporter of local farmers and sustainable practices, she takes great care in sourcing her ingredients.

Boldo is an earth-to-table restaurant that recently launched in the bustling East End of downtown Santa Ana. At Boldo, they dish up a variety of hot and cold delecta-Bols. A Bol is a fresh, carefully prepared mix of whole foods, sourced directly from Boldo harvest partners and served in an eco-friendly bowl.

The Copper Door is a 6,000 sq ft underground craft beer & moonshine bar located in downtown Santa Ana’s flourishing Artists Village.
