Embark on a journey through French wine country in Newport Beach! Moulin will continue its in-depth exploration of French wines, in the Champagne region of France. Throughout the year, Moulin will explore 7 different wine growing regions across France.
Priced at $29 per person, the interactive courses will guide guests on a tasting journey through the different growing regions. During each course, guests will taste 6-8 French wines from a particular region as they learn to identify unique nuances and flavor profiles. The series will go beyond tasting notes, and dive deep into the growing region itself, touching on terroir and fermentation practices. Wines will be complemented with Moulin’s cheese & charcuterie boards and artisan bread.
