Red O showcases classic Mexican dishes, as well as prime steak and seafood made from local and sustainable ingredients through flavorful and inspired preparations, inspired by Culinary Director Rick Bayless. Our dedicated Event Director welcomes groups of 20 to 300+ guests and will give personal attention to every detail of your event, from special entertainment requests to audio-visual needs. Red O’s team of friendly employees create a welcoming atmosphere that parallels the luxury resort interiors of the restaurant and our genuine hospitality marks every function held in our private dining rooms. Red O also features an impressive bar & lounge where you’ll find specialty cocktails, an extensive tequila list & award-winning wine list.
Red O does not charge room rental fees nor venue fees. Please inquire about our food and beverage minimums which vary based on the day of the week, and time of the day of your event.
ROOM DESCRIPTIONS
FULL VENUE BUYOUT (300 seated; 450 reception)
For the ultimate event, Red O can be yours for the day or night! We can setup a buffet, serve passed hors d’oeuvres, wow guests with our cold bar complete with ice sculpture, and assist with arranging décor and entertainment.
THE PAVILION (Full Pavilion seated: 88 guests | Half Pavilion seated: 40 guests)
The Pavilion is a versatile triangular structure with flat screen TV’s, beautiful chandlers, and a retractable wall. An impressive space for business meetings / presentations, luncheons and receptions. The Pavilion can be split into two smaller private spaces complete with built in A/V capabilities.
THE ATRIUM (Full Atrium seated: 90 guests | Atrium East seated: 50 guests; | Atrium West seated: 24 guests)
The Atrium is a beautiful space with a large romantic fireplace and tall ceilings, it is an ideal space for all special occasions. The Atrium can be closed off into 2 smaller semi-private spaces.
*Please note capacities are fully seated and will differ according to setup required. Spaces can accommodate around 10 – 20 guests more for standing reception style. We are located on the ground floor and fully accessible.
