You’ll quickly acclimate to laid back, island life and settle into the small island situated on Newport Harbor. It won’t take long before you’re wishing that this wonderful piece of land were a place that you could call home. Storefronts line Marine Avenue, the haven of Balboa Island, and include a variety of boutique shops, coffee shops, restaurants and local treasures.
The sidewalks that follow along the perimeter of the Island provide a front row, dreamlike visual of the Harbor and all of the activities available to visitors. In the coming months, as Balboa Island is enjoyed to the fullest by seasonal visitors and full-time residents, Marine avenue and the streets that make up this iconic location will come to life.
